Week Five Business Spotlight: Yours Truly - Kasey Wilson Photography
Every year, the No Dog Left Behind Rescue Calendar Contest is made possible by generous local businesses that believe in giving back to their community. This year's contest wouldn't be the same without them, and I'm excited to introduce each of the incredible businesses that have donated prizes to help support the rescue's mission.
For our final Business Spotlight, I suppose it's only fair that I introduce the business behind the contest: Kasey Wilson Photography!

For Dogs Who'd Rather Be Outside
Kasey Wilson Photography is a Minnesota pet photography business for people who love getting outside and exploring with their dogs.
My sessions are less about standing in one spot and posing for the camera and more about going somewhere beautiful and letting your dog's personality come through along the way.
We might wander through the woods, head down to the water, explore a rocky shoreline, or find a quiet field glowing at sunset. Minnesota gives us a pretty incredible backdrop to work with, and I love finding locations that feel like the right fit for each dog and the people who love them.
Because the location is only part of what makes the photos special.
I want the goofy expressions. The ears doing whatever they want. The way your dog looks at you. The moments when they forget I'm even there. And, of course, those big portraits of your dog surrounded by the landscape you've been exploring together.
Sessions are relaxed and planned around your dog, with plenty of time to explore, take breaks, and let things unfold naturally. Your dog doesn't need to be perfectly trained, and they don't need to be off leash. Most of the dogs you see in my portfolio were photographed safely on leash and had it removed later in editing.
The goal is simple: an adventure with your dog and photographs that capture exactly who they are.
Supporting the Calendar Contest
Kasey Wilson Photography is proud to host the No Dog Left Behind Rescue Calendar Contest for the second year, bringing together dog lovers and local businesses to raise money for dogs waiting for their forever homes.
And after asking so many incredible local businesses to help fill our weekly prize packages, it only seemed right to add something from Kasey Wilson Photography, too.
One of this year's weekly winners will receive a Full Photography Session plus the Adventure Collection, which includes 20 fully edited digital images.
That's a total prize value of $795:
Full Photography Session — $195 value
Adventure Collection with 20 digital images — $600 value
We'll plan your session together, choose a location that fits you and your dog, and spend about an hour exploring and creating a collection of photographs that feels completely like them.
Thank you to everyone who has entered, voted, shared the contest, donated a prize, or followed along this year. Every vote helps support No Dog Left Behind Rescue and the work they do to give dogs another chance at finding their people.
